Albert van der Dussen

Technical Advisor

Albert van der Dussen (1964) works at PR Sport Management as a technical advisor.
Albert was a professional football player at ADO Den Haag, but in addition to this, at an early point in his career, he also mastered the training and scouting aspects of his current function and has a keen eye for young talent. He is licensed as a UEFA PRO.

Van der Dussen has worked as a coach and talent scout for several teams. He has been the trainer of the youth of ADO Den Haag. In 2010, he also trained the youth team of Ajax.
He has been an international talent scout for Fulham under Coach Martin Jol – and has also been a scout for the young national team from The Netherlands KNVB national team under the age of 20-21.

Currently Van der Dussen is a staff lecturer at the KNVB Football Academy and trains former professional football players on how to become future trainers. During his training, he had an internship at Real Madrid under Jose Mourinho.

At PR Sport Management, Van der Dussen is responsible for providing the technical guidance and advice to its players. He analyses the development of players – and their improvement – and guides them on coming up with detailed game and career plans.
